FIU and Baptist Health Launch Anesthesiology and OB-GYN Residency Programs

The FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (FIU Medicine) and Baptist Health are expanding their graduate medical education offerings with new residency programs in anesthesiology and obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN). [...] The four-year programs are now recruiting and will welcome their first residents in July 2027, creating new opportunities for physicians to complete specialty training in South Florida while helping address the region’s growing need for physicians.
